Welcome to RAISE YOUR MIC, the ultimate platform for independent artists! This showcase brings together talented artists who have met the "Raise Your Mic" Requirements & Guidelines. One exceptional artist will be selected from the final round to win an amazing Independent Artist Deal courtesy of T.H.S.A. Records, in partnership with HP Visual Connections/Entertainment, Music Distribution, and Artist Development.
Eligible contestants MUST be unsigned independent artists
Eligible artists/contestants will complete the required application (age 25 and up)
Eligible submissions MUST be in one of the following categories: Soloists, Duets, Ensembles and Choirs
ENTRY DATES & DEADLINES
Raise Your Mic consists of (3) three rounds
Round 1: January 10, 2025 - March 10, 2025
Round 2: April 11, 2025 - June 11, 2025
Final Round: June 13, 2025 - July 13, 2025

Eligibility Requirements
Round 1 - Genres: Christian, Gospel or Inspirational
The artist must submit an acapella video of 30 seconds to 1 minute in length. (Does not have to be an original song).
No tracks or instruments can be used for accompaniment in the first round to ensure authenticity.
Artist's videos will be viewed by Raise Your Mic Execs and the top 5 selected will move on to ROUND 2.
Round 2 - Audience Voting
The top 5 artists will submit a video 2 minutes in length singing a song with instrumentation.
The artist's track will be uploaded to THSA Records website to participate in the audience voting.
Top 3 artists with the most votes/views will move on to Round 3
Final Round
The top 3 artists will complete the following: an in-person interview & a live performance
Upon completion of Round 3 the winner and a runner up will be selected.
